Through Beyond the Desk, we partner with organisations to move beyond awareness and take meaningful action. We support corporates to challenge harmful norms, foster safe and inclusive workplaces, empower employees as active bystanders, and demonstrate zero tolerance to domestic violence — within and beyond the workplace.

We will assist you in developing a domestic violence zero tolerance policy for your organisation that supports survivors and creates a safe and sought after work environment. 

Partner

Partner with Actions We Empower to provide trauma informed support to survivors of domestic violence including emotional support, safety planning, legal assistance and family mediation.

Awareness

1 in 3 women and 1 in 9 men experience domestic violence. Invite us to conduct awareness programs on various topics related to domestic violence and empower peers to be active bystanders.
